You are welcome to the Department of Business and Industrial Law, Faculty of Law, Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State of Nigeria. The Department was created in the year 2017 from the existing Private Law Department. The Department is blessed with Professors and Academicians of immense global repute as well as a vast array of dedicated supporting staff. As part of our commitments towards promoting cross fertilization of robust intellectual ideals, we are always motivated to indulge in partnership and collaborative efforts with other institutions within and outside the country in the areas of training and research.

Several courses are domiciled in our Department ranging from Law of Contract, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Law of Taxation, Law of Insurance and Company Law.
