Dr. Omolade Adeyemi Oniyinde, a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in 1998 & 2005 respectively for LLB & LL.M, called to the Nigerian bar in 2000 and bagged her PhD degree in 2016 at the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. She joined the Ekiti State University in 2007 as a Lecturer 11 and currently a Senior Lecturer and the Acting HOD of Private and Property Law Department, she has published a good number of both local & foreign journals solely and in collaboration with others
